I wish I had done an internet search or two about these crooks.  They said they would pick up in 10 days.  Fortunately I was proactive in the process since I really needed this vehicle picked up in 10 days and really needed to avoid the exact scenario others are reporting.  They had no intention of meeting their date- or even coming close to it. After having them assure me about their 1-10 day window over the phone along with the proof of insurance requirement, I provided the 100 dollar deposit.  As the deadline starting approaching I started pressing them for specifics- like the haulers name so I could provide a release form and validate proof of insurance.

They then told me they started their 10 day window at the scheduled date I needed the vehicle picked up which would amount to 20 days minimum.  If I wanted it sooner it would cost more.  I started pressing them more about the details at which point they started yelling at me and telling me I was being "rude" to them.

Suffice to say I caught this early in the process and will hopefully be able to block the payment.

This consumer requested their vehicle be mover by our brokerage service. We quoted the pickup to be within 1-10 business days from the date the vehilce would be available. We sent a truck in to pick this up ( 6 business days) and found the customer had another services move it prior to the ten business day. Since we did perform our service and attempt to pick this up, we do notoffer a refund.

It was the consumers choice to opt out and get a different service prior to the end of the agreement. We do have the
documentation that can confirm this upon request. We are sorry that this person is upset, which, going by the wording he used on the phone with us( IE screaming and yelling ) however, it was this person choice to change the service, not ours. When the problem is from our doing we always offer a refund. Just not when we have performed our service. this
was also investigated via Paypal and we were found not at fault. The BBB also investigated this to our favor.

Thanks and God Bless.
