webusagw.com/ Didn't receive my Item! Took money no confirmation ever! Spring, Texas
I purchased a Nikon d90 Digital SLR Camera on 7/28/2011 at about 1pm in the afternoon eastern standard time. I haven't received any confirmation of my order or tracking information for my order. I have emailed the seller 3 times since my order was placed with no response back.
There is no Phone number on the website for me to try and contact the seller to try and resolve the issue with them directly. I have a print screen of the order that was placed just showing exactly what was ordered. I did receive an email just welcoming me to the site and told me how to track my order, but there is absolutely NO way of doing that on the website. When signing on it just gives me the option to change my address.
The funds to pay for the camera cleared from my checking account on 8/2/11, with still no confirmation that my order was received or tracking information for my order.
