Complaint Review: Webxcite

I received a call from a telemarketer from Webxcite. Explained I wasn't interested and asked to be taken off of call list. Their rep told me she didn't have to because I was a business, I asked again and she refused so I asked her for their company web address looked it up while on the phone with the rep and told her if she didn't want to take us off of their list I would call their cust. service number and have it done. She replied, "okay I will call you later". I hung up called their office and spoke with another lady that apologized saying it would be removed immediately.

A couple hours lady the rep actually did call me back!! I asked again to be removed from the call list. She stated again "I will call you later". When I went back to their website they had changed it completely to where there was not any number listed you could call, you had to submit a form! So I was going to let it go. But beleive it or not the same lady called me cack 3 more times that same day, each time saying 'I will call you later" when I asked to be removed from their list.
The fact that they changed their web site that fast so I couldn't call the cust service line again just shows me this company is not all that it seems. Watch out they have nothing better to do than harrass you for fun.

Oh yeah, the state they had listed on their web site of where they are suppposed to be located at changed while they were redesigning their site so I couldn't get their phone number again. It was Houston TX and now it is New Mexico somewhere.
Great company to do business with huh??? I don't think so!
