Last week an aggressive sales associate from Webxites.Com (in India) called my employee stating the "website I had ordered" was ready. (She used my name) When my employee refused to accept the "password" to my 14 day free trial, stating she was not authorized to do so, the caller became rude & refused to take no for an answer.

She called back several times in one day to harass my employees, knowing that I (the owner) was out of town. Even after one of my employees finally hung up on her, she STILL called back!

When I returned the call this week, the "customer service" rep (in India) became angry when I asked for a supervisor and began yelling at me that "what was the problem because the password had not been activated". The fact that their rep had downright lied meant nothing to him. He was rude and aggressive and hung up on me. It is clear to me that these people have no fear of the Better Business Bureau or any of our US consumer protection laws.

After reading some of the other reviews, I am so relieved that my employees did not accept the password, or I am sure I would have spent months trying to get the $ off my phone bill!!
