Webxites Fraudulent Practices & Billing Internet Based can't cancel after free trial won't refund money billed useless website Internet

I get a call from a telemarketer selling website design. He says "It's free for 14 days, and you can cancel before then with no charge"

Before the 14 days were up I called and asked them to cancel it as I did not think much of the website they made for me, I also emailed them the same cancellation request.

Due to my own negligence in not examining my monthly phone bills, I did not notice that I had been billed $39.95 each of those three months.

I called them when I discovered this and demanded a deleting of my website and a refund of $119.85.I told them that I had not used the website and that I had cancelled it months before, during the 14 day trial.

They said there was no record of that cancellation, and furthermore they would not refund the money, but would gladly give me a credit for further services. I told them to cancell it!

Intgretel, their billing company, told me when I called them that they would give me credit on my PacBell bill for the amount.

It is too soon to tell as yet whether that will actually happen!
