Hello i got an email from a lady named Rachael Haataja stating she works for a company named weddingbee.com and she claims that she did wedding linens and i western union her money on 7 different transactions and now come to find out it was all a scam and now i need to get my money back from her and have her arrested

You got scammed - your money is gone and there is no way to find these scammers. Just file a report with -To report potential e-scams, please go the Internet Crime Complaint Center and file a report.
