Wedgefieldfield Plantation's resturant G.M. Paul Penrose who calls himself a chef is just an average linecook and is an ignorant Womanizer along with Manger Scott Marlowe who is slowly running his fathers business into the ground.
NINE(9) female employees have quit Wedgefields Resturant since they re-opened due to Paul Penrose & his demeaning Character to Female staff members, his unwanted touching of shoulders and backs & UNWANTED HUGS, pet names are totally unjustified !!!
His lack of character and professionalism are by the wayside, Us women have endured weeks and months of Verbal Abuse of being called " Stupid B*tches " Worthless Rednecks, Cluless C--ts, If you were'nt married or dating we would be doing it all the time. his reign of unprofessionalism and perversion needs to STOP !!!! They do not care about their employees and even the local golfers and POA members can recoginize the stressful enviroment, The daily golfers and POA members can not even stand Paul Penrose or Scott Marlowe.
Their Party Planner P.J. who worked there came around the Bar and straight up grabbed one of the Staff members BREASTS as we were sitting there at the bar.
Another time a wedding Party reservation was being made for the resturant but P.J. Chef Pauls buddy had the Couple write out a check to him personally for the sum of $500.00 and the money was never credited towards the wedding but went right into somebodys personl pocket, and to this very day we dont think Mr. Marlowe Sr. even knows about that situation
Reprucutions are bound to happen to this buisness and the Management.
