Just a few days ago it has been brought to our attention Gregory L. Geiser of Wedgewood Inc. is the actual investor that purchased a loan that was sold by GMAC. Purchased the home loan with intentions to foreclose and use any means to foreclose even hiring BSI Financial Services to do any means to foreclose on a particular home in Riverside County California. Wedgewood Inc. primary business is house flipping. Not all the homes they purchase are foreclosures and then they use any means to foreclose to flip the house.

Judge in Superior Court and Bankruptcy Judge in Riverside California refuses to look at evidence. We have been informed today after a homeowner a customer of BSI Financial Services made all their payments by cashiers checks, sent UPS 2 Day Air, was signed for and cashed by BSI, then BSI falsified documents presented to courts BSI has approval to auction off home 2/17/16.

"March 7, 2014: I have owned my home approximately 9 years. The mortgage company sold my loan to Gregory L Geiser of Wedgewood Inc. and April 2012 BSI Financial Services in PA. started servicing the loan. When payments were made over the past 2 years it was by cashiers check and mailed UPS 2 Day Air and signed for. At least 3 payments that BSI Financial Services received and cashed were not applied to my loan account. In December 2013 on paper they said I was behind on payments which I wasn't because the payments they received and cashed weren't applied to my loan account. BSI Financial Services began returning payments from that point on but waited at least 30 days returning the payment sent in December 2013 from when they signed for with UPS.

When I first learned BSI Financial Services returned my funds I called them immediately and they first said they returned the funds because the wrong account number was put on the cashiers check. They did not do a search using my name which was on the cashiers check and it was the same account number I put on every cashier check I sent for at least 20 months. The day before I had already sent a cashier check for February 2014 UPS 2 Day Air. Looking at the paperwork BSI Financials Services has provided me they have used at least 2 different account numbers regarding my home loan. Again they returned the cashier check for February 2014 . 2 months worth of funds were returned in February 2014 equaling approximately $6,300. I kept calling and leaving a message to the agent handling my account and she would not return my call. Then when I'd call and explained the situation and was told they would look into the matter and no one would get back to me.

Then I was sent a demand letter of approximately $18,000 and then said they would only accept a payment of approximately $18,000 or they would foreclose. I had until February 22, 2014 to come up with approximately $18,000 or they would start foreclosure proceedings which I didn't owe the money they are saying I owed. I have faxed BSI Financial Services copies of the cashed cashiers checks from Bank of America and UPS tracking numbers. I have gotten no response to showing BSI Financial Services that I did make the payments and they cashed the checks. They are ignoring the fact the payments were made, received by their office and cashed. They are forcing me into a foreclosure

On March 7, 2014 again calling their office and again getting another person in the office to talk to, review the dates of the received and cashed monthly payments, finding out that according to what was received and cashed I was only short approximately $40 on December 3, 2013 but now owe thousands in late fees and filing fees for foreclosure. BSI Financial Services want now approximately $23,000 to stop what has been started. Even paying the payments that they have refused which is approximately $12,600 is a big difference from what they are demanding now. They have filed foreclosure procedures on my home because of refusing to review and correct missing payments they failed to input and payments they refused to cash. This home was purchased with intentions to never sell. I need to stop this foreclosure before it is too late to save my home".

Approximately 7/2014 a lawsuit was filed and to this day 2/11/2016 a Superior Court Judge refuses to see the evidence showing house payments were made and house should not have been foreclosed on and the only alternative was to file bankruptcy to try and stop the foreclosure. The Bankruptcy Judge has refused to see the evidence and denying the bankruptcy. Auction is scheduled for February 17, 2016 in Riverside County.
