Weebly.com The stole $748.00 in unauthorized charges off my Visa Credit Card San Francisco California

My Visa credit card was used to set up a Weebly account and charge up to $750.00 over the course of 1 year without my consent and authorization - I don't even have a weebly account !!  

Needlesss to say, when an audit was done it was found that Weebly had allowed someone else without authorization to use my card, and now Weebly REFUSES to refund anything past 120 days. They are claiming, including their many supervisors without last names and emails that it is "physically impossible" to do that.  The CEO of the Company refuses to respond to emails and messages left at is office. 

The same thing happened with WIx.com and they apologized, handled the problem like true professionals and promptly refunded unauthorized charges (we didn't have a Wix Account either) immediately which showed up within days. Good on Wix.com for doing the right thing !

Weebly has been nothing but the run-around refusing to act with honor and believe that they somehow deserve to get paid for unauthorized charges. They have been called and emailed over 50X and not one reply from the owner of the company.

I have emailed the company owner David Rusenko numerous times now for at least a week with ZERO response. The last call I made this morning the tech guy was supposed to pass me along to a supervisor and after waiting for 10 minutes, was hung up on.  

STAY AWAY FROM WEEBLY.COM EVERYONE .... all they want is your credit card info and if they get it, no matter who, or how, they will not do anything for you to resolve the situations and becoming an accessory to fraud which they support now by refusing to refund unauthorized charges,

Weebly.com is a SCAM !!!!!!!! Consumers BEWARE !!!!!!!
