Last Year I have hired Daddy o lawn/Weedman Novi for my lawn fertilization. I have paid full amount upfront when I hired them. Told them no automtic renewal. Their service is bad, I got lot of crubgrass and weeds after their service. I called them for that.
Weedman suggested some other process and charged me for that. I have paid for that too. But crubgrass and weeds are not gone.
This year I gave that fertilization work to some other company. But Weedman started fertilization without my approval and started sending me bills. I am getting double fertilization for my lawn. Things are not good in the lawn. When I called them why they are doing without my approval. Their manager is rude and does not even know how to talk to a customer. His claim is they have a automatic process in their(as if they are multinational) system and I should have called and canceled services.
Overall Weedman service is bad, their system (whatever it is) is bad and their customer service is really bad. Please do not get into their system and do not take their service. Total Rip off Lwan care company.
