Complaint Review: Weekly Home Buyers List

At first I was very upset by all the bogus posts.  It made me very angry, that one small invisible transparent person, can degrade a company by a couple of keystrokes.  It can happen to any company, at anytime, by any individual truthful or not.  Then, after seeing red I saw the light;  This person can not and will not take any business away from you, but this person can bring business to you.  This is exactly what it has done, we signed a new client yesterday that sympathized with our plight.  She informed us that she had Googled our name and was intrigued by the rip off report.  After reading the posts, could relate and called in. Needless to say we are printing their FREE POSTCARDS for them this Friday.  ROR could possibly be a companies greatest sales tool.  I am going to copy and paste this to our blog as I think is it is important for other business owners to read and understand, that through the darkness, given time, you will always see the rays of light.  God Bless everyone.

Same ol bag of lies.  Please read all posts by him.  Jim was hired, trained then ultimately fired.  He started his own company, copied and stole everything, then went bankrupt.  Now he spends his time at the local bar and writing posts here.  We have been doing this for 30 years.  BBB tracks all companies, we do not need to pay to be a member.  If you actually had a legit company you would know this!

You state you have an A rating with the BBB.  However you are NOT A MEMBER of the BBB.  There are several complaints listed against your company on that site and I am sure that if people looked into you more closely they would find as I did that you dba under several names and that there are numerous addresses for Colorado Weekly Homebuyers List on the internet - most have the same phone number.  So just where are your 'REAL' satisfied customers?  Can you provide a list of Happy Customers???  Also if one was to review your 'contract' they would find that you do not give a care in the world about your customers as long as you get your money.  It is one of the WORST contracts I have ever read.  You protect yourself very well but your customers are hung out to dry!

As stated in our verbiage on the website, the testimonials are from actual clients...We have all documentation to prove this.  Again this posting is from Jim Rutkowski, Jim Gaddis or what ever name he is going by today. An ex-employee that has already admitted to leaving bogus listings here on rip off report.
Every single posting on here, with the exception to one ( by another employee) were written by him.  You may want to google his name or look his name up on here to find the real fraud.  My company has been in business 30 years, he worked for the company maybe 5 months.  You may view our A rating with the BBB, these RIp Off Reports can be filed by any bar stool hero.  

This company has a warped sense of reality.

Another ex employee and I had a very hardy laugh looking at the Weekly Homebuyers List website testimonials. Or listening to them, I should say.

Listen to Dr. Peterson from the fictitious Valley Foot Clinic. He raves about the Weekly Homebuyers List but the only problem is Dr. Peterson's voice is none other than Seth Brooks, the President of the Weekly Homebuyers List.

Scroll down to Jake Monroe, a personal trainer that looks like a pot head and talks like a surfer dude in the audio file, again giving wonderful accolades about the Weekly Homebuyers List. Compare the voice to that of Dr. Peterson... it is remarbably similar because again, this fictitious customer of the Weekly Homebuyers List is guess who? The President of the Weekly Homebuyers List!!! Don't sign up for a personal fitness session with Jack Monroe because he doesn't exist.

Does anyone think that so many happy customers would record an audio bite for a testimonial? Or does anyone think that these fake photostock images on their testimonial page are actual clients of the Weekly Homebuyers List?

For what the Weekly Homebuyers List has cost me, I could have gotten advertising with a legitimate company and gotten maybe one phone call? One call would have been better than I'm getting now.

I asked for a trial and they refused. I see now why they have no trial. Bad, bad business.

I was an employee of the Weekly Homebuyers List for 5 years. In that time, I dealt with many who succeeded with the program and some who did not succeed. What I can tell you is this company gives every client the "the tools to succeed" with its new Homebuyer Program. Blaming this Company for not bringing in clients is like a carpenter not building a house right and blaming the lumber yard.

These rip off reports really scare me being a small business owner. You could have a thousand satisfied customers like this company and before you know it the third line down on google is a rip off report because 1 person wasnt satisfied. And they dont even have the common courtesy to give out their full name so the company can address their concerns. This company has stayed in business for 28 years by residual business. Not by giving people a bad deal.

I run a marketing company myself and have many satisfied customers. I use the same ethics that this company tought me. Dont get me wrong, they are my competition. However, I cant stand to see a company get defamed by a unanamous person that ironically enough would have left their full name if they had any merit to their complaints.

We pride ourselves on our customer service. You would not have had to call us, because we call you to ensure satisfaction in the service, multiple times through out your time with us. We did not critique your advertising piece, furthermore we believe this to be a hoax submittal. We do not find you in our system what so ever.

I have utilized the New Homeowner's list for 8 1/2 years now, and that's how I get all my business. Weekly Homebuyer's list is very affordable, and my phone rings off the hook for cleaning jobs. I became so busy I had to hire more staff. I would recommend then over & over again.

We RIP NO ONE OFF. This claim is bogus. We have been in business for over 27 years. We have clients that have been clients longer than 15 years. We provide a marketing tool, your lack of knowledge using that tool, should not be reflected as us ripping you off. We offer marketing advice, marketing help and follow up phone calls to ensure your happiness. If you are unhappy, we do our very best to provide you answers to promote success. Your non-use of our mailing list, should not be reflected negatively on Weekly Homebuyers List. Your non-use has no barring on how the list works. We have retrieved the information the same way for 20 years, we purge the list against postal software, to increase deliverability hit ratio. We pride ourselves on our product and service.
