Complaint Review: Weistec

Weistec, Owner: Michael Weiss. Weistec totally screwed up my motor and I have no recourse.  There seems to be no recourse to their shoddy quality work. They won't stand behind anything they do. Anaheim California

Weistec totally screwed up my motor and I have no recourse. Within a couple weeks, the transmission failed, and they took 3 months to rebuild it and refused to install the transmission back in the car, and the owner, Michael Weiss, literally told me to F**K off when I tried to get a resolution to my issues, forcing me to bring in a tow truck and take it to another shop. Then the motor started misfiring like crazy, and the spark plugs they used were burned up, and another shop had to replace the plugs. Then the gas tank started leaking, as they had replaced the tank with a bad used tank. So I had to get another shop to buy a new tank and install it. Then after a few weeks, the cooling system started spewing fluid, and that is because the head gaskets failed. Now the motor has to get rebuilt. There seems to be no recourse to their shoddy quality work. They won't stand behind anything they do.
