I received a check in the mail from the First National Bank of Texas in the amount of $3950.00 which is supposed to be some kind of luxury tax and I was told to deposit that and then I would receive my award of $39,000.00.
I checked it on the Welch Financial Group website first and found out that it had happened to other people and that the check was a fake.
I also checked the First National Bank Texas website and found out the same thing.
