Weldex Corporation After three months of waiting this company still has not credited my account after I returned a product to them Cypress, California

In May of 2010 I purchase an RV backup monitor to replace the one in my RV.  I later discovered that my original monitor was not at fault so I returned the new monitor to Weldex Corp and they received it on June 18, 2010.

I understand there is a 20% restocking fee. 

Three months have now gone by and my account still has not been credited for the product that I returned to them.  I have called the company several times and I keep getting excuses and promises the I will have a credit to my account but they cannot tell me when.

I bought and paid for this product in good faith.  I returned the product in new condition in the original packing.  I expect a timely credit to my account of the refund due me.

Weldex certainly would not have put up with my saying I would pay for the product in three or four months so why should they expect a customer to wait 3 months plus for a refund.
