Complaint Review: Well Made Plan

Jeffery Higgins tried to hire our company to build him an app for his soon to be company Well Made Pan. He had us work on his project for several days without compensating us. His bipolar personality flipped out over a frivolous claim as he continuisly called, emailed, and posted negative reviews about us with slanderous intentions. After several attempts to communicate in order to recoup our loses, Jeff starting using harrasing us using strong words of profanity and coming across very threatening. All tech developers beware of this founder as he is simply trying to scam you for your labor.
