When I order scented oils from this company I was charged via credit card and never recieved the products. I waited three weeks in case they were miss sorted in the mail.

After this time I emailed the company explaining my situation and attached a copy of the invoice they sent me. I never recieved an email back so I sent one more identical. again never recieved anything back.

I called the phone number and got Mary Robison the Proprietor. She asked me for my invoice number and said she would get back to me. After a week of no call or email back I emailed once more and called once more. Mary asked for my invoice number again and explained that there were problems staffing her warehouse. This shouldn't excuse her never returning my emails or calls. On the phone it almost seems as though she is expecting not to get back by her lack of inqury and eagerness to get off the phone.
