Placed an order for some soapmaking supplies several weeks ago, credit card was charged almost immediately but there has been no delivery of products as of yet. Mary Robinson does not respond to emails and it is impossible to talk to her on the phone as she never answers and her voice mailbox is always full. I made the mistake of checking with the BBB on this company AFTER I started feeling uncomfortable. There are several unresolved complaints against this company, both her Canadian and US offices. I filed a complaint with the BBB, however I don't think I will be able to get resolution through them. Beware!! Everything about this company looks legit on the website, but this is a scam and must be stopped!
