Wellington Burke, Ltd. is a new company who bought the assets of JobFinders International in March and continued providing assistance to executives seeking new employment opportunities.
Wellington Burke and its predecessor companies have assisted over 2,000 executives in the last two years, many to well-paying executive positions unavailable to the executive in a search all alone.

Our program is designed for us to collect information from the candidate, and then prepare a complete job search campaign plan and present it to the client. If the client DOES NOT approve the plan, they can cancel and we refund 85% of the fee charged. We charge a 15% service charge to keep out those who just want something for nothing.

Invariably, after seeing our plan, the client is pleased with our submissions, or they cancel. We have about 2-3 cancels per year at this point.
After this presentation, the client is then responsible for the implementation of his/her campaign. It is ALWAYS in this section of the campaign where problems and complaints develop if they do not get a job right away, mostly because they do not follow instructions or supply effort.

The accusations you find here in the Rip Off report are from those, who for reasons of their own, have chosen to hide their identity. If they legitimately do not think we have earned the fee we charge, the contract itself contains a provision where be both agree in advance to submit any dispute to arbitration. But then, the person making the accusation would have to identify themselves and prove their accusations.

Frank Oddo was one person who complained here and in contradiction to the agreement he signed, he chose to sue the company instead of arbitrate. He made his case in court, and lost. Perhaps that should be some indication of the merit of his complaints. Some of the other ridiculous accusations here appear to have been made by a former disgruntled employee who turned out to be not only a liar but a theif as well, again hiding his identity.

Before you let someone else make up your mind for you, come see for yourself. After all, we don't charge to explain our service, and we give you the opportunity to see how we would market you into the job search while you still have an opportunity to cancel and get your money back. IF YOU don't think it is a value investment, then you should cancel.

But if you cannot find the type of position you seek on your own, if I were you, I wouldn't allow someone else to determine my career's fate without seeing and forming my own opinions for myself. We always invite those who are curious to come in for a conversation. A free evaluation.
