Hired wellington marble and granite to redo my bathroom in August 2014.  the tub was being replaced with a seamless shower, new tile and vanity.  They did the demo work removing the 32.5" vanity.  When ordering, nothing was said about vanity height, and I assumed that all vanities were the same height.  Never crossed my mind that there were differences.  This is the guest bathroom and is quite small.  The vanity arrived and was 36.5".  This bathroom is used by everyone from children to adults but was specifically being remodeled for my elderly mother.  I questironed the vanity height and was told that no one makes 32.5" vanities any longer all vanities are standard height of 36.5".  Well in researching this is not true.  Susanne then stated that maybe they could get the shorter but not in the style or color I had ordered but I would have to buy the second vanity also, no credit for the delivered vanity as they had not made a mistake.  I told her that their mistake, as the experts was not asking about vanity height.  They wanted to cut off the toe well at the bottom of the vanity, leaving an inch to make it work.  My comment to that is that it would look bad and limit how close someone could get to sink.  This was 9/8, the vanity remains uninstalled and no word or return phone calls.  I do not know what the resolution will end up being, but if you use them make sure you know every question to ask and double check them, they will do not appear to want to work to make things right for the customer.

fyi - several years ago they redid my kitchen.  Basically the job was good, they had to redo a couple of sloppy areas.  But I had ordered a 60/40 sink, they cut the granite for 70/30 sink.  I accepted the sink because tgey said if I didn't they didn't have any more of the granite so I would have to pick something else.  The 60/40 sink was on the order, they gave me a small credit, but to this day I really wish I had the other sink.  I should have learned from that that they did make mistakes and really didn't like fixing their mistakes.
