My experience with this company was horrid. She did come through on the order but after 3 months of waiting and thinking I had been scammed....simple an issue of bad customer service.
Payment was processed within 48hrs, item was mailed 3 months later. No explanation ever given, no response to emails, phoned and was told it was in the mail just 2 weeks after payment...a total lie....the date stamped on the package was 2 and half months after I was told it was 'in the mail'.
Its obvious she carries little if any stock at all; has to order from elsewhere(hence the wait)...nothing wrong with that normally......but sheesh just a simple "sorry order is delayed" or 'backordered" email would have been nice..save us both allot of grief.
Save yourself the headache; buy elsewhere for cheaper

I had very positive and pleasant experience with this company in 2004-2006, too bad they out of business. They had vast varieties of herbs on the internet. Customer service was great.
