They came out a rebate/case study program that make you buy the water machine with a high interest loan for 3 year with 14.99%. They said if you finish the monthly requirement and you get reimbursed for the loan. I was in the program for 2 year so they have been paying me for that and never say anything that I was missing.
Since July 2019, they started claiming they are going thru a company restructure and need to audit all the clients so they stopped paying anyone. Later they emailed me saying that i missed 3 months. and 2 month later they said I missed all the requirements and need to take back 14 months. The way how they track and comfrim the monthly requirement is very pool, and they keep changing the monthly requirement so it's so hard to track and not even at the original documnet that we agreed upon.
They just threatened client to post only positive result and comment online to get reimbursed. This is a proof this company is doing suspicious business and just scam people for the money. Loan company involved with this case is not helping us to do the research to approve the loan. When we ask loan company for the help they simplely say that they didn't know anything about the case study program.
I don't know how a loan company not doing anything research just approve and lend money to a not trustworthy company. I have been paying my loan from my pocket for 5 months and still have 7 months to go. Overall is $2795.04. I wish there is any government agency to help us. Trusii scam hundrands of people. Each of case is around $6000-$10000. It's not a small amount.
