We have been in business for 3 years with service to many happy customers. This person did receive their product which was delivered later than expected by one week due to product unavailability.
This customer could have got their money back through a simple chargeback from the credit card company.
He is just having a tantrum because it was received one week late.
We have a reputation of helping people with alternative health products and this one customer shouldn't spoil what we have to offer for everyone.
