Wells Fargo Auto Finance Repossessed Vehicle illegally even after payment was made Chester Pennsylvania
I have never been treated so badly as I have with the people from Wells Fargo. I made a money gram payment of 800 on a Saturday and Monday , they repossessed the car. I got into an argument with an agent named Quinton from the Pennsylvania office and after that point, he put on my records that I purchased this vehicle for my husband. I made over 20 calls to Wells Fargo stating that this was a lie and I tried to make artrangements to become 100 percent caught up with my loan but to no avail. I was put on hold for endless amount of time with Quinten never coming back to the phone. My husband also tried talking to him and at one time actually heard Quinten and another woman laughing at us.This could have ended in a much positive note but because of the vindictiveness of representatives from Wells Fargo, I will probably lose my truck. They will not work with me whatsoever. As soon as I call and they see in the notes that this was a straw purchase (which means I purchased for somene else), I get treated rudely and unprofessionally and I wish there would be a class action against this company.

It is very simple. When you sign a loan agreement, you agree to pay every payment, every month on time. Banks, and this includes Wells Fargo LOOSE money when you don't pay, they LOOSE money when they repo cars. It is a last resort. You complain because they don't work with you? Why don't you work with them and make sure the car payment that you agreed to make on time, is made on time EVERY month like 95% of every other consumer in America.
