First off, who in the heck do you contact at Wells Fargo Auto Finance concerning billing issues or anything for that matter?

Here's what I have experienced; first off, it takes me normally 3 phone calls to reach the department that is handling my issue. Next, we are given a fax number, we fax what they are requesting, whatever we need assistance with or are questioning ourselves, call to confirm that our fax has been received (of course each call takes a minimum of 30 minutes of time to get through the prompts, hold-times, etc.) and then are told that we should have faxed to a different number/department altogether.

If that isn't frustrating enough, this company continues to report negative information to credit bureaus and charge added late fees, interest, forced placed insurance charges and so on making impossible to ever have a normal loan payment.

I'm ready for a class action lawsuit to put an end to this rip-off company's money making scheme.

Now, on to a lighter side, I have decided that if Wells Fargo Auto Finance was the only financing company available for financing, I'd buy a horse, bike or walk instead : )
