Wells Fargo Bank, Wells Fargo held a local Bank of America certified check for 7 days and didn't tell me that was their policy icy and it caused me to bounce about ten checks. The bank then charged me thir Sacramento, California
I deposited a certified check in my Wells Fargo Bank from a local Bank of America. Wells didn't tell me that it was their policy to hold checks for 7 days before releasing the funds. This caused me to bounce ten checks. Wells charged me $350 in check return fees. Holding Certified checks is illegal. What made matters worse. The bank refused cancel the fees. I've Banked with Wells Fargo since 1968 and in the last 5 years or so Wells Fargo has stopped treating like a valued customer and I'm now a victim of Wells Fargo's illegal rip offs. I now bank else where and I'm amazed at how well I'm treated. My new bank doesn't hold checks or nickel and dime me with fees and charges. I actually had the same amount I deposited in my bank . They're nothing, but crooks and thieves. Good by Wells Fargo. I'm taken the last stage out of town.

Jim's Ripoff Report when you have time, okay? (It's Ripoff Report #453956.)
Jim took out a $100,000 CD at Wells Fargo bank for his grandchildren's college education, and Wells Fargo won't give him his money. Jim had to hire an attorney to try and get his own money from Wells Fargo bank.
Make sure to spread your Ripoff Report all over the web at sites like Twitter & Facebook so others can read it and see what might happen if they deposit a certified check into Wells Fargo bank.
Good luck to you!
