We tried to close our bank account with Wells Fargo every day for the last week. We are still unable to close our account.

Today we took the balance to zero. Then we asked to close our account. We were told that we would not be able to close our account until our transaction was "processed" at midnight tonight.

BUT WE PAID OUR ACCOUNT TO ZERO WITH CASH, IN PERSON.

Then we were told that we would probably not be able to close our account tomorrow either, because of a check for $5 that we have no memory or records of writing. They told us this check had passed while we were overdrawn three days ago, and that they would be charging our account a negative fee today, which would put our account negative again, and prevent us from closing the account.

This has happened multiple times. We cannot close our Wells Fargo account because every day the come up with a new way to steal our money and put us in the red.

IF THERE IS A PRO BONO LAWYER WHO READS THIS, PLEASE HELP!!!

WE ARE BEING TREATED AS SLAVES BY WELLS FARGO!!
