Wells Fargo Credit Card Services stolen credit card fraud.they will not work with me as they say i made a payment on these charges West Des Moines Iowa

i reported my credit card stolen to wells fargo fraud department.they cancelled my card which was good.i recieved a new card in the mail about a week later.after doing their investigation they told me i was responsible for these charges because i made a payment while these fraudulant charges were on my statement.since i did'nt catch it before i made a payment i am responsible.i am a disabled vet and also on social security disability and always made my payments on time,i have been fighting with them for about four or five mo. now.they did a second investigation with the same outcome.i agreed to a payment plan about a week ago at $250.00 a month.i got a statement two days ago with new charges totalling $406.63 and the card was used again the first week of june.this card has been canceled and destroyed by me and it is still being used.i called wells fargo today and tried to explain to them what was happining now.i got nowhere i was told i am responsible for these new charges also.i am considering bankrupty over this situation everything i own is paid for except a car payment every mo.i am at my wits end with these people.but i will not be bullied into paying for something i did not purchase.as of today i am no longer on their payment plan and told them i refuse to pay anything on this account because they refuse to work with me on this.
