Wells Fargo, Eric Vien uneducated individual cheated employees and screwed the customers even more laguna Niguel California

I used to be a very happy customer till i walked into this branch and Eric Vien thier new manager and very uneducated proceeded to help me as i sat there by asking me "if i needed help" I noticed that the whole branch had gone through a change..all the middle eastern employees and the white employees were gone and now it seemed that Mr. Vien being asian himself had replaced all the staff with asians which i could not even understand their language. I asked "what happend to the nice blonde girl that used to help me all the time?" he responded

"Asians provide better service so therefore we had to let her go!" Iwas shocked at his reply!!! So i then proceeded to close my account due to this racist remark and as i was talking to a rep she spoke to him regarding the reason, and out loud in front of the whole branch he yelled " well if he dont like my asian tellers, then he can return to whichever country he crawled out from!" I explained to the rep that all i said was that i noticed a change and that i inquired about the nice blond girl and she looked at me and said i could go ahead anf dile a complain.

I proceeded to the window to speak to Mr. Vien and he totally ignored my request to speak to him.. he then came up to the counter and told me to get my "a*s" out of this branch and to take my business to a white corporation!! I am not even white myself. he then started making remarks in his native language and the tellers started to smirk and stare and a couple people in the line who were asian were laughing.

I was so hummiliated. I put a complain and never got a reply from the bank. I would never take my business there ever again.

That story couldn't have been more lame. You speak about how this new manager is uneducated. Well, if we are going by what someone tells us as a way to determine whether or not someone is intelligent then well, I guess the author of this complaint is a real moron.

"Asians provide better service so we had to let her go" What a rediculous thing to even say someone said. Even if the manager is uneducated he wouldn't be stupid enough to say this where ANYONE could hear it. If he is a manager of a bank he understands the reprocussions to all of his decisions and actions.

"If he doesn't like my tellers he can crawl right back to whatever country he came from"?? Need I say more? No one in a manager position, especially Wells Fargo, would ever be stupid enough to say this, especially where others could hear.

Get a life and find something more constructive to do.

There is no possible way that this story is true. Wells Fargo a diversity conscience company. This individual probably had a bunch of overdraft fees that Mr. Vein wouldn't reverse because the individual made the mistake and was making the usual, "the bank is screwing" comments. Don't write checks for money you don't have and you won't have to make up silly stories like this.
