Complaint Review: Wells Fargo Financial Bank

Wells Fargo Financial Bank Repeated calling even after payment arrangement were made Just the phone ringing until it went to voice mail then hang up. Bellingham Washington

We made payment arrangements To Wells Fargo Financial for a credit card and they continued to call. They would start calling at before 8:30 am and continue through out the day until about 8 at night. Calling at lease 8 times a day. Because I was diagnosed with cancer in 1992 and am now on Hospice Ineed to rest. My husband as asked them repeatedly not to call. Becuase he works on an oil tanker he is not always home. They use two different numbers These are the two numbers that I know they are using 360-885-4360 & 605 782-5055. We paid what we sid that we would by the end of the month I had a break from the phone calls over the week-end then this mornig at 8:26 am I received another phone call. Now that the the house payment is still a little my husband was told that they can now keep calling on that bill also until it is caught up.
