After not being able to make an online payment on time twice due to some unknown techincal difficulties for a Mattress Firm purchase financed by Wells Fargo and being assessed two late fees totalling $61.00, I called and requested only one be removed from my account, which I feel is fair. The customer rep refused and the supervisor, Luke employee #368727 also refused to do anything about the issue.

Wells Fargo sucks and the only reason I have them is because idiots at Wachovia mismanaged their financial affairs and were bought out by Wells Fargo after the stock market crash.

Avoid Wells Fargo and avoid financing Mattress Firm products and you will avoid these assholes.
