Wells Fargo Financial National Bank unable to contact via phone, or online no support personell, no phone banks, redirected 9 time to Wachovia, Wells Fargo, Wells Fargo Banks, Las Vegas, Nevada
Dont apply for a Wachovia Credit Card, It is managed by the very poorest customer support!!
These large banks are so busy buying each other up, and eliminating their staff, they cant take care of customers. I may have to go to Lending Tree and find a buyer for this account!!
have a brand new account, opened last month and cant find any assistance. passwords, links, emails, online banking, long distance phone calls to the banks...Wachovia NC< Wells Fargo Des Moines Iowa... nobody can help because Vegas Financial information isnt linked with Wells Fargo or Wachovia. the account is from the Las Vegas Wells Fargo Financial National Bank and they dont answer the customer service lines. Customer Service is Unavailable, Call back at a later time. Funny, but Nevada has some of the highest unemployment in the USA at this time.
I wont recommend this bank....or any branch to anybody!!
SPENT 4 hours today on a phone and an internet.........no help as nobody has a listing for this account.
all the other Wachovia and Wells Fargo DO NOT take payments Wells Fargo payments at their banks. So I can only pay on line or thru the mail

I recently opened an account with Chase...who just took over the WAMU branch near my house.
I can not get my statement online..I can not get my statement by phone. I actually have to walk into a branch to check anything.
The debit card says Chase on it..and I opened an account with Chase...at a building that says "Chase" on it..it is a Chase bank. But when I call Chase...they tell me my account # is not a Chase number. Yet the debit card works...the CHASE debit card.
I used to be with Wachovia when Wells Fargo took over. An ATM at a Wells Fargo did not dispense the cash..but Wachovia charged my debit account. The ATM at the Wells Fargo had a Wachovia logo on it...it was a Wachovia ATM and I used it because I don't have to pay a fee.
It took a month for Wachovia to make good on the money the ATM took..but when at first I complained to Wachovia..they told me it was a Wells Fargo machine and to deal with them. So I went to the Wells Fargo and they said it is Wachovias machine and they have nothing to do with my money or Wachovia....you can imagine my frustration..this was $300.00. Both banks are somehow connected now..but neither wants to admit it..or deal with any problems. I guess all these acquisitions and mergers are good for the banks..they can just blame the other bank whenever there is a problem.
