I had my car repoed. yes it was my own fault. i do not deny that. Well i called the redemption dept and spoke to an agent. she was abrupt and told me what i needed to do to get my car back. i did everything she told me to do.

i was also trying for about 2 days to get the total amount i owed so i could pay and get it out of the recovery systems. everytime i called their office i was told the agent i was working with was not in or away from her desk and to leave a message. i left many messages and i never got a call back with the amount i owed. so i called again and was told i should speak to the agent i have been working with so i could get my total.

the money i was going to use to pay was pending in my account as well so i had to wait a two days before i could pay. but when i did pay i had to send the money western union quick collect so they would get the funds immediately so i could get the car back (thats what i thought).

what i did was fax the agent the receipt showing i paid. by the way i saved all my fax confirmations just in case i have to take this to court which i will if i get one more excuse why i could not get my car back. so i call and get a hold of the agent i was dealing with and told her i had sent everything she had asked for and said i wanted to get my car.

she then told me they were all getting off work in 10 minutes and she told me earlier i would not get my car by today. i told her to let me clarify that i was never told that i could not get my car. she then said i do not want to go back and forth with you. i said i am not going back and forth i just want to get the car. being the rude agents they are she cutt me off from talking and she said even my supervisor can tell you there is a process to get your car back.

i asked what was the process. she then said the process is that there are other people who are calling for their cars too and they were a head of you and she was on the other line with the other customers. she then put me on hold and came back saying i would not get my car by today. she then asked if i wanted a supervisor to tell me the same. i said yes because this was not right. she then started to put me on hold then said oh my supervisor is just walking out the door now.

i said well i need to speak to someone because you never told me i could not get my car. (now why would i waste my time on hold for 30 minutes asking for my car back since i paid if i was told i could not get it today no one would be that stupid i hope). so then i told her that i arranged transportation which i had to get a ride. she thought i said i have the right to pick up my car then told me i did not have the right to pick it up. i told her she heard me wrong.

she then said she would try to find another supervisor for me. i was on hold. when she got back to me she said she would have to stay after wok to do an update form for me which would start the process. she said that she would try to get my car back right then. i was put on hold then she said she would call me back because she was starting the paperwork. she called back and said she called my job to verify employment and was given the wrong fax # to reuqest information. she said she had to call my insurance to verify because i had was a temporary card and that was not enough. she then said that she would do those 2 things and do the rest tonorrow morning. no apology at all.

at fist she was rude but then settled down when i asked for a supervisor. not sure if she just felt bad or not but i know a supervisor would say the same to me if i spoke to someone. so i let it go and arranged for another ride for the next day. thank god my parents love me. well i wanted to voice my opinion since i was now a on track customer since i paid every penny they asked which was almost $2000.00 including the insurance they put on my car.

i called a number on a collections letter thinking it was customer service. well i was wrong when the agent told me this is not customer service this is collections which i was not in good standing with their company. i said i know this as my car has been repoed but i paid everything off so why was i being lied too. he then said this is not a hand holding type of situation i was in with them. i was trying to ask questions as to why he kept talking over me and why he was being so rude when i only wanted another phone number to complain.

he said because he was talking over me. i was fed up and said can i get your supervisor because this is crazy. the whole time i was saying if he could not help me or at least be proffessional to please give me a phone number. he then kept refering to my account and was telling me how i am in collections.
i said i know this and still asked for a supervisor. so when his supervisor Maria Mendoza got on the line her immediate response was i can't help you with your account. i told her my problem was not with my account it was with the rude a** employee Mike. she kept yelling over me and said that it was pointless to hear anything i was saying because she could not look into my account.

i said Maria you are not getting what i am saying. she paused because she knew she was trying to over power me because she is in big time collections position and thats her job to be a very unproffessional collector. if she would have let me speak i could have advised her that i got the wrong department and do have the right to say something when i feel i was lied to and treated very rudely by Mike and herself. it seemed like she wanted to or enjoyed giving me attitude

a proffessional employee could have easily directed me to correct deptpartment without getting their heart rate up. i just laughed because you should have heard her voice going off for no good reason. sounds like a miserable position and i do customer service too. all i know is i work for a huge company and feedback does help others realize a bad company and bad practices and customers will be lost in the long run.

there are people who are out there who rely on this information. in my case yeah i was late and paid but i was also lied to by the company. i was not told the process that was going through even though i did everything asked and added that i was told i would get my car back. so use my information wisely and i dare someone to rebuttal this because i know i did everything i was supposed to do and was patient even when i was wronged. if the company did not take the car back for good than thats their problem and they are asking for stuff like this to happen.

especially offering loans to low income people like myself. things in life happen to everyone every shape and form and its out of anyone's control even wff collectors. they can push and shove all they want but it won't get them anywhere with me. i'll always pay when i have the money and if i don't then i don't i know what my consequences are even if i am wrong. but as soon as this car is payed off i am done with wells fargo and will be happy to share this experience. they lost my business and respect all over a few lies, misrepresentation and a supervisor that is on a power trip who gets satisfaction (and paid) for being unprofessional even though i was consolidating my debts
