Complaint Review: Wells Fargo Financial

I advised my brother to refinance their loan to Wells Fargo Financial (current mortgage holder)to get cash out of their equity. The loan consultant by the name of Amy was eager enough to let them sign the documents without informing them they will be charge 4 points out ot $338K loan!!!!

I called AMy and ask her that I have not seen a financial company who will charge consumer 4 points and their credit was not bad. She said they have not collected that amount and that's for the life of the laon and also prepayment penalty applied too.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL IN MIRA MESA!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!
