Wells Fargo foreclosed on our home of 13 years that we built on our own while we were in review for a loan modification eligibility process. %hey failed to notify in writing of missing or additional paperwork needed, they did not provide any other foreclosure alternatives, they did not send a starter kit outlining all the documents needed, failed to postpone the foreclosure sale, and sent paperwork unsigned by the Wells Fargo Representatives. ~fter the auction sale, they failed to record the deed and the terms of the deed. I have sent many qualified written requests but all have been ignored & I have yet to get any reply from them.

Our attorney said even though there were multiple violations on their part, they would get a second chance to file and proces the paperwork correctly while also suing us for any deficiency & fees pertaining to their attorneys or cost of filing the documents for the process. Our rights were violated while we did everything they asked of us, all the while there were no intensions on their behalf to follow the guidelines of the HAMP Program or the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. @hy should this be continually happening to honest Americans? (Ur home was stolen, but they would get a second chance to do the procedures all over again correctly...it is not fair & the government should be ashamed that it has been happening to people for oer 5 years & are still in business? That is just wrong.

on the web. It was on 60 Minutes a few weeks ago.

Then 'Google' the following for even more information about foreclosure-

*After watching the above videos on the web, it appears that many homeowners were illegally foreclosed on, wouldn't you agree?

P.S. Don't forget to stay at this site and type in 481508 and read St. Clair's Ripoff Report for valuable information if you have a mortgage in the USA.
