Complaint Review: Wells Fargo Home Mortgage & American Homeshield

Wells Fargo & American Home Shield (AHS)have partnered and together are ripping off ALL people with Wells Fargo Home Mortgages. How do they get you? AHS send "junk mail" (like anyone reads the loads of rubbish we get in the mail everyday) which is a "binding contract". In the letter (junk mail) it states, that if you ignore the letter and do NOT reply, they will assume you WANT the Home security and you our bound to a contract. No signature, no affirmation and YET is is considered a "BINDING CONTRACT"??

Luckily, I caught this pretty quick with the add on on our monthly mortgage bill, although I will say Wells Fargo is VERY sneaky about how they incorporate it into your bill!! We lost $104.94 - which is not refundable.

If there is a lawyer out there please open a class action lawsuit against this fraud!
