Yes.  I have the same trouble with Wells Fargo Loss Draft department.  They cause unnecessary delays in returning funds and require non-stop made up documents, only to lose them or find some fault with them.  I have yet to get a call back for any management escalations.

I feel they are being delibertly ineffective.
