Wells Fargo Mortgage Unexplained "fees" Alaska
Wells Fargo took over our origional bank that held our mortgage when it closed about 21 years ago.
After all these years, about 1 1/2 years ago on our Mortgage statement, all of a sudden there was another charge titled "OTHER FEES".
Our other fee charge is now up to about $200.00
We have repeatedly called and asked what that fee is.
To this day we have never been given an answer. They stumble and stutter but will not tell us what it is for. I refuse to pay!!
On top of that, we have a 30 year fixed, the interest was supposed to start going down as we paid the loan down, it never has dropped a penny and we only have about 8 years until it is payed off.
This bank is a rip off in so many ways.
