Wells Fargo hides behind a terms and conditions manual. They insist that they are following the terms of service that we as consumers agree to, however their practice is unethical.

On Thursday I made an ATM deposit after waiting in line for 20 minutes because Wells Fargo refuses to staff appropriately during peek hours of operation. (2 tellers at a main branch during the noon hour). When I complained the response was to use on of the 5 ATM's available. On Monday the bank returned a check for $45.00 to Home depot for NSF because they had not verified the deposit.

After having to resort to verbally annihilating the customer service person they agreed to refunding the overdraft charge however they are not sending a letter for me to give to Home Depot explaining the what actually happened. So Wells Fargo gets to collect interest on my funds from Thursday at 11:30AM to Tuesday 12:00AM charge overdraft fees and tell he to take a hike. Shame on Wells Fargo.

I'm considering filing a smalls claim suit against them. It will be inconvenient and cost them a lot more than what this unethical practice will cost me.
