WellsFargo Home Mortgage Our Church submitted a double payment to my Wellsfargo Home Mortgage, Wellsfargo only applied half the payment. Des Moines Iowa
We have had our WellsFargo Home Mortgage account for 6 years, due to unfortunate events in our personal lives, we recently had to turn to our church for a little financial assistance. They agreed to pay 2 months towards our mortgage. I received a statement from WellsFargo Home Mortgage, and this is what I found: The check that was sent to Wells Fargo on my behalf was in the amount of $1050.00. (which was for 2 months) on
7/22/08 - $519.50 was applied,
7/22/08 - $468.10 shows as being unapplied,
7/22/08 - $10.00 was taken out for copy fee,
7/22/08 - $10.00 was taken out for a inspection
7/22/08 - $42.40 was also taken out with no explanation on the statement.
Our statement is showing a Total Payment Due 8/01/08 of 1,012.06 which should only be a payment of 519.50.
