We have had problems in the past with this company and they dont fix anything, but this is the most recent, we had $900 in savings and transfered $400 into our checking to cover a purchase of $380 leaving $500 still in our savings, we do have overdraft protection, however our online statement changed and purchases we made were ordered differently to cause overdraft fees anyways, for example, a purchase that was physically made on the 17th would should show up as being made weeks prior to its actual date and when they would look it up they could tell that the individual times stamps were far from being in the right place, and what they say about it in the end is that everything still appears to be in the right ammount so whats the issue? the issue is if i make a transaction that takes a while to process i would expect it to show up on my statement sometime after the origanal time stamped date not weeks before the transaction was made and during a time when no such transaction would have occured due to lack of funds for said purchase causing resulting fees. we dont dispute our transactions we dispute the time stamp alterations regarding online statements which are there for you to keep track of such activities, if my account shows that i have an available balance of $900 a pending transaction balance of $20.00 i expect the information to be acurrate. but no half of our mortgage payments was supposed to be still sitting in the bank, our mortgage goes through wellsfargo and now that money has mysteriously disapeared online and the wellsfargos representatives are treating us like we are crazy, but the altered time stamps which they verified themselves seems to be to no help at all, and so we shall finally cut our loses keep the $500 wellsfargo! we are transfering our services to another company! its a good thing this didnt happen at the end of the month when there were no more paydays to look forward to or our mortgage payment wouldnt be able to be made on time we will deal with the lose of our hard earned money and budget tighter to deal with the situation and we will make all ends meet. but wellsfargo cant be trusted if they do not provide honest online transaction reports!

Your entire problem can be traced to these statements you made...

if my account shows that i have an available balance of $900 a pending transaction balance of $20.00 i expect the information to be acurrate.

- Yes it is accurate based on what the bank shows in their system.  But it is NOT accuate based on what you have actually spent, because the bank is not a mind reader.  The bank has no idea what checks you may have outstanding, the bank has no ideas what debit transactions you have made that have not been submitted to them yet.   Because of this, your online balance was NEVER meant to be the sole(or even primary) method of account management.

But there is one thing that does...YOU.  And how do you keep track of this?  By using a written register, that you write down EVERY transaction you make.  This way if it takes 1 day or 1 month to actually "post" to your account,  you don't have to worry because your register has already accounted for it.

But this statement is even more troubling.

but this is the most recent, we had $900 in savings and transfered $400 into our checking to cover a purchase of $380 leaving $500 still in our savings, we do have overdraft protection, however our online statement changed and purchases we made were ordered differently to cause overdraft fees anyways,

- There is so much wrong with this statement. First of all in relation to the above statement do you notice the one amount you failed to list?  You were great in telling us how much money you had left in your savings...but how much did your register show you had left in your checking?

Then you claim you have Overdraft Protection?  Okay what type?  Is it the type where they automatically pull from your Savings to cover a checking overdraft?  Or is it the "standard" protection where they charge you an overdraft fee for every item but still cover the debit?  If it is where they pull from savings..then one has to ask why would you do this?  Then one really has to ask if you still had $500 in your savings just how negative were you?

So sorry but your entire issue stems from your failure to do proper account management, and unless you change your ways you can just about guarantee that you will continue to have the same issues with your new bank.

Oh but I will give you one out.  You claim you have transactions that they change the dates and post "weeks"(those are your words) before you actually made them.  So in this you of course have your monthly statement showing the transaction with the wrong date and a receipt from the business showing it was actually done weeks AFTER the bank said...right?  So please post both of those pieces of information(of course blocking out the actual personal information).

My guess is that we will never hear from you again....but please prove me wrong.
