Weltman Weinberg & Reese this company garnished our bank account Cincinnati Ohio
wwr garnished our checking account after they never showed up for the court date. we recieved document from them that looked like it had been signed by a judge on there behalf saying notice of judgement lien on real estate .now this company after taking over$1.600 out of our account is asking for an additional$ 1.600+and has been calling repetedly .after talking with this company . my husband offered monthly payments .but still they wont agree .there asking for pay check stubs.what i don't understand is why the judgement was on there behalf after there the ones that failed to show up in court.

If they didn't show up for a court date, what did the judge do/say during the hearing? It's possible they notified the courthouse that they weren't going to make it, the judge didn't get the message, and said one thing, got back to chambers, got the message and reversed the decision. Judges tend to give some leeway in missing dates to attorneys.
You will need to review the whole case file to see if the judgment was filed with the court docs and how the judge ruled.
