Sandy,
We wanted to discuss with you an important matter in regards to Jojo. On several occasions, I (Connie) have emailed and called you about Jojos health with no response from you. Your website discloses that all your Papillion's are in good health healthy happy pappy is the phrase listed. The website shows pictures of Papillion's in a good environment and well disposition.

This appears to be false advertising is this was not the case for my situation with you. I understand there is a lot of work and effort in taking care of this particular breed. However, you sold us a Papillion that had many health issues. The first health issue was that JoJo had a massive infestation of heartworms .He had a prostate infection as well as ear mites. The heartworms are so bad that he has to be still due to possible damage to his heart and lungs.

In addition, his teeth are so horrible that they are falling out and require removal. Then from the day we received him he had other issues. His urine had an orange-red color and it appears he is bleeding blood. Last Saturday morning 3/18/06 when we went to go check on him, he was convulsing almost as if he was having seizure. We immediately took him to the vet's in order to determine what is wrong with him.

On Sunday, we went to go visit him and his heart crashed due to the previous existing condition of heartworms. He passed away 3/19/06. This has been a horrible experience and a very traumatic one. All of these items are a display of severe neglect and we are very disappointed. Not only has this caused me and my family emotional distress and emotional pain. and JoJo suffered greatly as well.

In the aspect of financial matters, we purchased JoJo from you for $600.00. You presented us with an AKC document of changing ownership indicated a sale of a Papillion. Due to all of the health issues with JoJo, we are including several vet bills for care. The first bill dated 2/26/06 was for the heartworm care and other items totaling $368.95. In addition, we now have another bill on 3/1/06 for $42.75. In addition, we have now incurred another $200 dollar bill for this last incident...

We have now encountered a total expense for JoJo of $1,211.70. Our concern is growing due to the fact you will not return my calls or respond to my emails in order to work out a solution. It appears that JoJo has had poor care and treatment. I would appreciate the return of the purchase amount of the Papillion of $600.00 as well.

I am expecting you will reimburse all the expenses for JoJo ASAP. Our goal is to discuss this in a non-confrontational manner that would be in the best interest JoJo. This experience has created a lot of emotional discomfort. If it is necessary, we can take this matter to legal counsel in attempt to negotiate with a mediator present via small claims court. You will find enclosed the medical bills we have incurred for your reference. Please discuss this with us so we can reach a positive solution within the next 30 days. You can contact me at 513-753-3806. We look forward in discussing this with you.

Sincerely,
Tim and Connie

Were did you go?? I miss the sweet, sincere, caring Sandy. Can you please understand our deep agony. Here are some of what I pray never happens to anyone else. Sandy, I'm Keeping in touch as you requested. This is the beginning of Jo Jo's first two bills. He has to stay still so the worms in his heart & lungs do not dislodge and give him a heart attack. All his teeth are falling out now & will have to all be removed next week. Then he will be fixed if he survises the heart worm treatment.

Are you there? Don't you care? Where did this person go who wrote me below?. Sandy Please send me my money back. Please. That would make things right. You can trust me, He will be fixed!!!. I will not make any money on him. He does deserve a loving family who will take care of him till he see God. All I want is my money back that I gave you.
