I ordered 1 bottle of the WEN by Chaz Dean Shampoo for my wife's birthday gift. We received 2 bottles of what they called Shampoo. My wife said it was made like a cheap shampoo you get in a Dollar Store.
They ended up charging me $115.80. This is not what i agreed to. I agreed to $ 38.94 only. They sent shampoo, for $ 38.94, Conditioner for $ 38.92, and Vitamins for $ 37.94 of which i DID NOT order.
I called the company and told them we did not order this, and told them i wanted a refund, they said to put it in the mail back to them marked as " Return to sender " . We did that and they sent this same order again in February. Then again in March each time it was returned to them. Now they are just charging our credit card but, not sending anything at all! Just collecting the money from our charge card. There should be some kind of fraud charges to be able to put against this RIP_OFF Company.
Online Merchants wonder why no one wants to order online. Tthis is the reason. Once they get your card number. They just keep racking up unwanted charges against you. The credit card company goes along with it because they make money on you too.
