I ordered this product and soon realized its absolutely not worth the money.  Instead of improving my hair, I started losing it.  I also developed pimples on my face.  I contacted the company for refund and was told that I can only ask for it after 60 days. When I did that I was told' You are late'.  I was flabbergasted. 

I asked them for a shipping label to return the second package.  After repeated calls they did send me a return label, but it had no tracking number- since it was being sent to 'Postage Due Unit' of USPS in IA.  All this time they have been charging my card, for a total of three times- totaling over $100..!!!

Every time I call them, they will make one excuse or the other- Its been over 4 months and I'm still waiting for my refund.  The only way out it seems is calling my credit card company and disputing the charge.  Stay away from this product and company- not worth the hassle.
