I am unfortunately one of many who have not received their order from the above mentioned comapny/alias.
There does not seem to be a direct number or an email address other than the "order confirmation" email address of "manuejesus@vip.163.com".
A dispute has been filed with PayPal on 11/20/2013 in order to try to bring resolution to this matter.
A cursory search of the domain name hinessy.com/" turned up the following at whois.domaintools.com/hinessy.com,

Name Server: NS76.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
It is important to warn others of the potential that if they order from this "store" then they will likely not receive their order and if left too long, PayPal cannot do anything to help recover any monies paid out.

I have conducted a short internet search and immediately found dozens of other people who also did not receive their purchases. I have filed a complaint with PayPal to try to get a refund but I do not understand how PayPal could keep forwarding money from buyers to this company when clearly people were having trouble with the site for several months.
DO NOT purchase from this seller.
