I purchased a car from this dealer a couple of months ago. Within a week the transmission began to slip and the engine light was on. I contacted Wendel Auto Brokers (WAB) and explained to them what was going on. I thought that perhaps in order for them to keep a customer and to keep their good name they would try to resolve the situation. However, the person on the phone was very short with me and told me that they would not fix the car, it was out of their hands, and to contact the warranty service I purchased. The warranty they offer is extremely sub par and they gave me the run around as well.

Since I thought I was being played, I contacted WAB again. She stated that there was nothing that they were GOING to do about it and she kept insisting that I contact the warranty company, that's why I have one she says. I asked her out of curiosity, what would they do if I did not have the warranty and she stated, nothing at all. Now, about a month and a half later the vehicle will not start up; a possible starter issue. Seriously? It has been said before, you would be better off either paying cash for a vehicle, or going to another dealer. Their cars look nice, but their is an obvious reason why they have such an abundance of nice cars that they are willing to sell to anyone with a job. Stay Away!!!!
