Wendy Custodio and her dog "Duke" "the Jerk"  of 18 Grand River Crt. Brampton, ON L6S 2J8 for violating local dog ownership by-laws and ordinances.  She and her family are totally low class and primitive people.  She won't keep her rude dog "Duke" "the Jerk" on a leash and lets him relieve himself on her neighbour's property in violation of these by-laws and ordinances.  She couldn't care less about her neighbours.  Call them at (905) 458-5062 and tell them what you think about their rude behaviour.  Fill up their answering machine with your messages.  Write to them at the address above.  Fill up their mailbox with your letters.
