Complaint Review: WENDY EVANS

I recently heard an ad on a radio station in Joplin, MO  advertising English Bulldogs available for adoption.  I emailed the address in the commercial and below is what I got back. It looked suspicious so I searched internet and found a warning from the Alabama Press Assoc. saying that this person was placing ads in newspapers all over the country and warned against using them.

yes the baby is pure white, so lovely, they are 12 weeks old . A KC registered, healthy at full grown and there shots are given up to date.
