At 11:44 a.m. I made a purchase at Wendy's at 3111 International Boulevard in Oakland California after making my purchase I got a coin to use the quote all gender restroom and then when I answered there was a urinal a disgusting urinal. Already very upset I had no choice but to use this restroom because I didn't want to start a fuss after leaving the restroom there was a man and a woman waiting outside of my restroom and he held the door open rushing me out of the restroom while the elderly woman he was with was standing in front of the second restroom wait trying to rush me out! This is sexual harassment and it's all could have been prevented! I intend on suing if this issue is not resolved I have never been so humiliated for purchasing one cookie in my life! I tried to take a picture of the two while they were chasing me out the Russian but they moved away. Not only should I have had a choice to use a restroom for a single woman this situation should not have happened to me I'm very upset having to look at a urinal while I do my business was offencive and violating!
