not a big thing but just upsetting ...

Ordered one sandwich ....  got it good and fresh ... got about 1/4 mile down road and glanced at receipt to see that in addition to my sandwich it said i ordered a frosty too ...

angry that i had to go back (heavy traffic before lunch hour on very busy road) ...  and then ask why did u charge for frosty i didnt order ..
"oh i'm sorry sir ... that was for the lady behind" .. he did hand a new receipt with the last four of the CC matching and just the one item ordered ...

I still have to check with my bank to verify this ...  it's just the principal .. we dont b***h when they give us extra stuff but man when they charge for stuff u didnt order ... it just sours your day ... time and effort to keep things in check ...

this is ESPECIALLY a bad thing at the grocery store ..  you see stuff on the shelf that says 'sale' ...  when u ring out its not the sale price because 'they haven't updated their system yet to reflect the sale'   you really cant trust stores 100% and always have to be checking , unless u just make money hand over fist, have a government job for life and dont care abou t the nickel and dime dinging you may receive in your hurried life ....
